7 hot smartphones that got cheaper in last two months

Smartphone technology is getting better by the day, but devices, especially the premium ones, are getting expensive and that's when "price drops" come to the rescue of buyers.
From entry-level phones to flagships from Samsung, Xiaomi, Nokia, OPPO and more, dozens of smartphones are now selling at cheaper prices.
Here are 7 popular devices that received price cuts in the last two months.
1.Galaxy S8, S8+
Up to Rs. 13,000 price-cuts on Samsung Galaxy S8 phones
Samsung's 2017 flagship Galaxy S8 (64GB) was launched for Rs. 57,900 while its bigger variant Galaxy S8+ (64GB) came with a Rs. 64,900 price tag in India.
However, the devices have received massive price cuts; S8 now retails for Rs. 45,990 while S8+ sells for Rs. 51,990.
S8 features stunning 5.8-inch Quad HD+ Super-AMOLED Infinity Display while the bigger S8+ has a 6.2-inch display.
2.Xiaomi Mi Mix 2
Mi Mix 2 receives two price-cuts this year so far
Xiaomi's bezel-less Mi Mix 2 launched at Rs. 35,999 last year. In January, its price dropped to Rs. 32,999 last month, it received another price-cut of Rs. 3,000. It now sells for Rs. 29,999.
The premium smartphone has a 5.99-inch Full-HD+ display. It is powered by Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
It has a 5MP front-camera and 12MP rear-camera.
3.OPPO F3 Plus
OPPO F3 Plus receives a price cut of Rs. 6,000
OPPO launched its selfie-centric OPPO F3 Plus 6GB RAM model last year for Rs. 22,990.
However, it received a price cut of Rs. 6,000 recently and now retails for Rs. 16,990 on Flipkart.
OPPO F3 Plus features a 6-inch Full-HD display, Snapdragon 653 chipset with 6GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage.
It houses a dual 16MP+8MP selfie camera and a 16MP rear shooter.
4.Moto G5S
One of best-sellers, Moto G5S now cheaper by Rs. 4,000
Moto G5S, the mid-range phone from Motorola that launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 13,999, now sells only for Rs. 9,999 (4GB RAM variant).
The device sports a 5.2-inch Full-HD display with a 5MP front camera and a 16MP rear shooter.
It is powered by Snapdragon 430 SoC paired with 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
5.Nokia 1
Nokia's cheapest smartphone is now even cheaper
HMD Global launched the cheapest-ever Nokia phone, the Nokia 1, with a price tag of Rs. 5,499 earlier this year. However, the smartphone has received a price-cut of Rs. 500 recently, selling for Rs. 4,999.
It's the first device from HMD Global to run Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition).
It has a 4.5-inch display, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage, 2MP front-camera, and 5MP rear-camera.
6.BlackBerry KEYone
BlackBerry KEYone's price slashed by Rs. 6,000
Meanwhile, last year's Blackberry KEYone, launched at Rs. 39,999, also saw a drop of Rs. 6,024 in its price. It is now selling for Rs. 33,975.
The device features a 4.5-inch Full-HD display along with a traditional QWERTY keyboard with a fingerprint sensor on the spacebar key.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
7.Sony Xperia XZ Premium
Sony Xperia XZ Premium also sees a price cut
Last month, Sony announced that it was slashing the price of its 2017 Xperia XZ Premium, launched for Rs. 59,000, by Rs. 10,000 in India. After the price cut, it now sells for Rs. 49,000.
The high-end device comes with a 5.5-inch Triluminos HDR display. It's powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 256GB).
